Mosley Jr. was born in Omaha, Nebraska in the winter of 1950. He graduated from North High School and was educated at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, the University of Maryland, European Division, and the USAF NCO Academy. He has seven children and five grandchildren. He was the first Black Firefighter to be hired by the Lincoln Fire Department. In 1974 he joined the United States Air Force and eventually retired from Active Duty Service in 1994, with more than 20 years of Honorable Service to his Country. He lived in Europe for eight years, four in Germany and four in England. He is a Musician who sings and plays both the piano and organ. He is a Minister of the Gospel, and his greatest joy is showing the captives how to get set free from demonic possession, obsession and oppression, through the Ministry of Deliverance.
