Dr. Margo Shapiro Bachman, DACM, L.Ac., FABORM, CFMP, is the founder/director of Wild Rose Medicine. She is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist, and Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She is also an Ayurvedic practitioner and NCCAOM board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist.

Lad Vasant is a native of India who has been a practitioner and professor of Ayurvedic medicine for more than 20 years. He served as Medical Director of the Ayurveda Hospital in Pune, India for three years. He also held the position of professor of clinical medicine for 12 years. Dr. Lad's academic and practical training includes the study of allopathy (Western medicine) and surgery. He is the founder and director of the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Since 1984, he has conducted one of the first full-time programs of study on Ayurveda in the United States. Dr. Lad is the author of Ayurveda: The Science of Self-Healing.
