This manuscript is an inspired, interactive spirituality workbook designed to engage the reader into their own personal growth and spiritual development process in an empowering way to enhance my reader's understanding of faith while obtaining methods of practical application to increase a better quality of relationship with Source resulting in a more satisfying life experience through purpose.

Due to my observations regarding this subject and the discovered need for this material I was inspired to design this book with space for inspired ideas, journal prompts, and contemplative thought expressions to facilitate intimacy with the Creator, fine tune focus, gain a better understanding and formulate a practical way forward.

In addition to the above mentioned inclusions this project has specifically chosen imagery to help stimulate the imagination, to inspire visions and create images of what my reader's believed outcome may look like and to encourage the use of our sensory receptors and emotions in a conscious manner to facilitate the expected results.

Also this practice encourages sensitivity to Spirit and builds trust in an individual's intuition, meanwhile, promoting inspired actions and thoughts, to say the least.

Facilitating spiritual growth, attaining self-actualization through this process of healing by means of integrating concepts that impact your belief system in a positive, life-expanding way with the practical applications to 'living your best life'!

We are awakening to the idea that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience.

I, as a Free Thinker, desire to live life by what I believe the Creator is revealing to me pertaining to any subject at any given time. Life offers a choice between faith or fear. I have concluded that 'faith' is widely misunderstood due to my discovery of the gap between hearing and doing to include a lack of conscious, practical application.
