Author Biography

Richard L. Hamilton, Author of According to Festus, Dearest Lydia, Shiloh to Durham Station, Oh! Hast Thou Forgotten, Pals Forever, The Plant: Oh Quality Where Art Thou, and editor of A Man From Montana by Freeman Halverson. He has a BSME Kettering University, and MS Western Michigan University. He is a former WMU professor of Engineering, and Ferris State University Engineering Technology Director. Richard gives Civil War character presentations on the military service of his ancestor who fought with the Michigan Cavalry Brigade during late 1862 and early 1863 threats on the Capitol and during the Gettysburg Campaign.
