To the Student of Bible Prophecy, This is the Bible Prophecy Study Course from the Steven R. Messick (SRM) Teaching Ministries. I had heard that the Lord would return someday, but I was amazed when I learned that the Bible was not vague, but specific about Jesus' return and even the general time that it would occur. PURPOSE: The intent is to teach the interested about the return of the Lord Jesus Christ to this earth, to claim the victory He won on the cross, for you and me. The study does not intend to be denominational, rather it's intent is to enlighten and to bring all of the Body of Christ, His Church, together as one. SCOPE: The scope of the study is from the beginning to the end: from Genesis to Revelation (see Study Course Outline for details). The student is taken through the study from scratch. The study concentrates strongly on prophecy that has already been fulfilled, showing the steps leading up to today and what the Bible says will soon occur. As you can see in the Outline there are 30 Lessons arranged into 11 Lesson Sets. It is my fervent hope that the Holy Spirit will impress upon you the need to be aware of the Lord's imminent return (Luke 21:36) and God's blessings for studying prophecy (Revelation 1:3)

Author Biography

Steven R. Messick was saved August 17th, 1970, at the age of 14. Like many he struggled with his Christianity for many years, but strives everyday to be more Christ-like. He likes to sing solos of modern Christian songs in church. He has studied the Bible and Bible prophecy extensively in his life since 1984. He hopes his study course will help bring others to Christ and to a greater closeness to God and His word.
