Robert King is Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland, Australia, and a Psychologist/Psychotherapist in private practice.

Frank Deane is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Wollongong, Australia and Director of the Illawarra Institute for Mental Health, at the University of Wollongong.

Kevin Gournay is Professor of Psychiatric Nursing at the Institute of Psychiatry, London.
