This yoga themed coloring book is filled with mandalas and zentangle themed patterns. The quotes inside are an homage to the peace and serenity that Yoga brings. Maybe you are new to yoga but love to color, or maybe you are long time Yogi discovering coloring as another form of meditation. Whatever your purpose in finding this book, my hope has been to share the thing that has brought me peace and quiet meditative moments myself. I have so enjoyed the calm and clarity that comes with creating these mandalas and art works. The very act of sitting and creating is a form of meditation for me and I am so pleased to be able to pass this on to you. The product of my peaceful time is now something that may help you with your own. I have tried to couple many yoga quotes that will uplift and encourage you to continue to move forward. Whether this is in your own yoga practice, or during a break from it, the quotes inside are carefully selected to uplift your soul and bring you that bit of joy and encouragement that tells you to push through whatever it is. I know I myself have stopped my practice for a pulled muscle or a lack of oomf to keep going. I know that had someone come along and encouraged me to not give up I would have kept going. As I struggle to stay on the path of Yoga, keeping my body at peace, allowing myself those quiet moments, I have also noticed that I am having better days, less headaches and stress along the way. For me it is the time I take to do the Yoga practice and to allow my creative juices to flow in my artwork time. In this case it resulted in a coloring book.
