Anuj Kumar is the Head of Research and Associate Professor at Rushford Business School, Switzerland, and an Honorary Research Fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia.

Vijay Prakash Gupta is an Associate Professor and Ph.D. Coordinator at GLA University, Mathura, with 18 years of experience in education and research.
