I give them a few days with the book and ask them to go through it on their own. After a complete review of the book, they will surely be intermediate to advanced users of the applications. I have found this book effective in bringing my staff up to an intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Word and Excel. Staff are encouraged to have the book nearby as a reference in case they forget how to do a function.This book will be useful for both Mac and PC users. The screenshots have been made in both systems.
