I hope to provide readers with an insight to what to expect as an engineering student. Readers can also expect a few tricks of the trade to help them not only survive, but help them thrive as an engineering student. There are hordes of books for students that strive to be medical doctors or lawyers, but there is a lack of literature for the student who wants to become an engineer. This book fills that void.

Author Biography

Chad D. Carpenter currently lives in Manchester, TN where he works as a full-time engineer at Arnold Engineering Development Complex, while also continuing his graduate education as an early PhD student at the University of Tennessee Space Institute. Other than his work office and classroom, he can typically be found in the gym or pretending to be the next Iron Chef in his kitchen.
