Simona Ceccarelli was a medical research scientist, but then she turned her book upside down. As an illustrator, she draws mad scientists, doodles on school books, and shoots cupcake rockets. Sometimes she stands on her head while she draws, and sometimes on one foot, but she always uses her right hand...or is it the other one? She has illustrated If You Had Your birthday Party on the Moon and SOIC and Friends. She lives in Switzerland with four languages, three nationalities, two kids, and one husband. Ana Izquierdo is a Mexican editor and translator. Her love for books runs deep, and all kinds of volumes fill her cozy home. She creates many different things with her hands: beautiful stories for children in Spanish, warm blankets for the babies she loves and detailed embroideries for special clothes.
