The professor is the only one who understands the physics of time travel. I just try to keep things running. I also kept the history of this adventure-not an easy feat when the timeline of events keeps changing.
Our mission took the team from the MIT campus to the California desert to find and regain control of the machine. It became more than an exercise in technology when our lives were put at risk, and the future was in danger.
