The Ledgerwood Sisters were born and raised in San Diego. Their first experience with the Old Town haunted houses was at the Whaley House when they were in the San Diego Unified School District's Old Town history program for fourth graders. This program teaches kids about the history of San Diego. Over the years, the sisters have visited Old Town on many occasions and are very familiar with the area. From these visits and conversations with others about spooky experiences, they became curious about the hauntings and decided to investigate for themselves. This book includes the findings from their investigation.
