This inclusive book was inspired by my son, Peyton, who at the age of two showed me that there is an innate a leadership capability that lives in all of us if you foster it. The characters in this book are diverse and include someone that every child no matter their race, ethnicity, or physical limitations can relate to. A leader is honest, inspires change in others, passionate, and is able to make sound decisions. Peyton has recognized that leadership doesn't have an age bracket. In fact, he displays leadership through his everyday actions and wants to help children around the world be able to do the same by eradicating the dogma that leadership can only be achieved in a certain position or at a certain age. Even at the age of two, Peyton's parents have cultivated a leader and so can you.
