He is also head of the Competitiveness Observatory (Ministry of Economics and Foreign Trade, Luxembourg) and serves as a board member of state owned IT companies. He has previously advised the government on electronic commerce at the Ministry of Economics.
ANNEDUBROCARD is Head of the Research Unit at STATEC. She holds a PhD in Economics from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, France.
