Antonio Arzamendi, a former bank director now retired, wakes up with the news of Rosa's murder, the love of his life and the co-worker with whom he planned to share a quiet retirement in Choroní, his chosen Caribbean paradise. The police speak of a violent robbery, but the only witness, a retired Cuban military man who came to the city looking for answers about the murder of his son, insists that he witnessed something similar to an execution. Faced with Arzamendi's efforts to learn the truth, the witness, Osmany Arechabala, decides to help him. The very night of Rosa's death, the body of a man appears next to a bench where someone has written the word "Justice." Two days later, the murder of the daughter of a wealthy construction businessman in the old port of Algorta puts authorities on guard. And, through a tabloid news portal, the theory is beginning to spread that there is an organization dedicated to assassinating businessmen and bankers.
