Makayla Wood is a small-town girl with a big heart who loves country living, where "traditions and keeping your word mean everything." She met her husband, Caleb, in high school and the two have been married for six years. They have two "independent and curious and wonderful children," Leo (five) and Lyla (one-and-a-half). They also have two dogs, Duke and Fergus, and two chickens, Sunny and Scramble. The family loves hanging out with friends and family, going on walks, and exploring the outdoors. Makayla's other hobbies include nature photography and baking.
