Jessica was named the Penn State College of Communications Student Marshal and received several prestigious awards, including the Reuben and Gladys Golumbic Scholarship, the W. LaMarr Kopp International Achievement Award, the Randy and Maria Yanoshak Technology in Media Award, and the Scripps Howard Foundation Internship Grant during her academic career. Throughout college and early in her professional career, she explored the cultures of 14 countries across three continents.
