Her work has appeared in several national and international publications, including The Washington Post and BBC, and she writes evidence-based content for a host of health brands. She is also the author of The Psilocybin Handbook for Women, which won the silver Benjamin Franklin Award for Mind, Body & Spirit.
Chesak earned her Master of Science in journalism from Northwestern University's Medill, and she currently teaches in the publishing and media programs at Belmont University.
