Lucienne Coifman, a former research assistant in biochemistry, is self-taught in the art of weaving. She has been developing and teaching her rep weave methods and designs for more than thirty years. Her work has appeared in Handwoven and Shuttle Spindle and Dyepot magazines and in juried exhibitions in Europe and throughout the United States.
