"Hashem saw that it was good," here the Creator compassionately approved the plan and execution that he set out.It is in this context that humanity finds one its greatest achievements, which is existence and the covenant before time that all of humanity can understand and benefit from. Can mankind perform the task of morality in a uniform way impacting the whole of mankind? The answer is unequivocally yes, via the seven universal laws given to humanity during the time of Noah, this covenant was and is a loving comment to mankind to one, not destroy all flesh again and two to provide mankind with a manual that would prevent mankind's destruction on a collective scale.
