This is a story about one man's journey of faith. As a boy, he was raised as a faithful Catholic. Yet he goes off to college and promptly loses that faith. Anchorless, he drifts about in life lacking real purpose. He finally marries, has children, and begins to rediscover his Christian roots. Still, his journey has a lot of twists and turns. He receives some surprising help to aid him on this journey. Yet his pride doesn't allow him to acknowledge this help. It's a familiar story told from the perspective of an Air Force pilot who ends up flying for the airlines. Struggles as an Air Force pilot training candidate are shared, as are stories from flying in an operational flight squadron. Tough challenges are encountered, both in the cockpit, and in the man's return to his faith. The story is also shared in a way that may challenge the faith of readers.
