Here we have a unique UFO book which was Published as the result of a completed UFO investigation conducted by a Government Police Officer. The initial investigation originated in 1983, a Ward Nurse contacted Veterans Administration Police in reference to strange lights in the vicinity of her Building. The author "Timothy L. Hammond" was dispatched to the scene and began the most complicated investigation of all his assignments.

It has taken over 20 years but finally, here is the book that serves up the evidence that his UFO incident took place.
