She leads the Advisory Practice, helping leaders integrate their organization's culture with its strategy and aligning efforts to be a great workplace. Prior to joining the Institute, she was the President of the Art of Growth, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational culture. She teaches undergraduate, master's, and professional programs at Bradley University. She is the coauthored of A Life in Balance.
