This book culminated in the ten years I spent conducting self-esteem, personal growth workshops, and seminars. Everything we do is for our healing. And my self-esteem needed repair when I came out of an abusive marriage. I had to work through the emotional trauma of physical abuse and overcome the embarrassment of being a highly educated woman who allowed her to be abused. I like myself now as well as others. I know my feelings are important and that I matter. I pray that persons who read this book will understand how valuable you are to life. The contribution you make to the world may seem small, but it is who you are. You are you, and that is enough. You matter you count; the world would be incomplete without you and your gift.Meditate daily to discover your purpose for living and why you exist. As a result of this, a divine plan, whether you understand it or not, is unfolding. This is a revision of the book Self-Esteem the Essence of You and is why I renamed the book, The Journey to Loving Yourself.
