Wheeler Antabanez is the author of gasstationthoughts (Barricade Books 2001), which caused a stir when he was arrested for its contents. Wheeler is best known locally for his 2007 Weird NJ special issue, Nightshade on the Passaic, which chronicles his canoe explorations of the Passaic River in New Jersey. He has a spoken word album Words of Overbrook and a forthcoming photography/poetry book of the same title. Wheeler is a lifelong resident of New Jersey.
