Author Biography

Meagan Thomas is a speaker and caregiving advocate. After spending nearly five years working hands on as a Caregiver, she become a board member/brand Ambassador for organizations such as Stroke Smart, The National Caregiving Coalition, Healthy Living & AARP. With over 10 years in Editorial writing and five years as a Health & Lifestyle advocate, Meagan allows the Lord to use her through her gifts in an effort to spiritually lead others into their full potential, in their season of life.
