My passion, dedication and discipline in yoga saw me certify myself under various levels and finally as a yoga teacher under The Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, Yoga Certification Board . The time when Covid put a full stop globally, here I was keeping myself busy, and experimenting on myself the various aspects of yoga, that i found were far more profound and turned me inward. Also made me thankful and grateful to our Creator and the entire Universe surrounding us.
